How to get help

Call our friendly appointments team. We’ll help you think about how you would like to do your counselling sessions.

We now deliver our counselling services via face-to-face, telephone or webcam.  We can offer you a choice of daytime or evening remote counselling sessions.

​

Our phone lines are open to take your calls Monday to Thursday between 9am and 9pm and Friday between 9am and 2pm. You can leave a message outside these hours, and we will call you back ASAP.
