New counselling centre opening in Brighouse to help the community and surrounding areas with their relationships
Relate Cross Pennine is opening a new counselling centre next month to help people address and overcome issues in their relationships and marriages. The centre has arrived when people and their relationships are under the most strain due to Covid-19 and the economy. The new centre will host face-to-face relationship counselling, sex therapy, children and young people's counselling, family counselling, telephone and virtual counselling.
On Friday 8th April, the centre will be holding a launch where staff and trustees will be providing food and drinks and showing the public around the new centre and talking about the difference it will make. The event will take place at 18-20 Bethel Street, Brighouse, HD6 1JN.
The CEO of Relate Cross Pennine, Ken Sanderson said:
“This is a huge achievement for the team here and we are proud to open this new centre. All are welcome to come in and meet us on our launch. We saw that Brighouse was an area where people needed support with their relationships - so we decided to base ourselves there. The premises are perfect for what we want to achieve and I look forward to personally showing the public around on the day”
Relate Cross Pennine is a charity providing relationship support across West Yorkshire and Lancashire. They serve Keighley, Huddersfield, Halifax, Hebden Bridge, Brighouse, Preston, Blackburn, Burnley and their surrounding areas.
